Restaurant Trente-Trois

Set in a beautifully contemporary reworking of the classic dining room, Michelin-star restaurant Trente-trois, is orchestrated by chef Sébastien Sanjou. Floor-to-ceiling wooden panelling creates an intimate setting where guests can savour crafted recipes around a core of assertive flavours, enhanced by sun-drenched notes.

For Valentine’s Day, chef Sebastien Sanjou helps you declare your love with an exquisite five-course dinner with its preludes. As a real dining room, Restaurant Trente-Trois is the ideal place for a dinner in complete confidentiality where you can only have eyes for your love one.

Bar Jean Goujon

With its fireplace, mood lighting and cosy sofas, Bar Jean Goujon is an opulent salon decorated with the building’s original gold leaf moulding and evokes the seduction of an exclusive members’ club. Guests can enjoy a classic cocktail reimagined by the expert mixologist, a glass of champagne, or be tempted by one of the most unique Japanese whiskey selections in Paris.

About Chef Sébastien Sanjou

Originally from Bigorre in south-western France, Sébastien Sanjou was born into a family which had been making and selling food for 5 generations. In 2002, at the age of 20, he opened his own restaurant in a renovated 16th century sheep farm in the heart of the Var region. At the head of the Relais des Moines, where he earned his first Michelin star in 2013 at just 31 years of age, he promotes farm-to-table cuisine, working closely with local producers to source the finest, freshest produce. In 2019, he took on a new challenge by joining the team of Maison Villeroy in Paris, making Trente-Trois a discreet dining choice in the exclusive Triangle d’Or district. In January 2021, he was awarded by the famous red guide with one Michelin star for his Parisian address.

Our Bar and our Spa are exclusively reserved to our residents and club’s members. Our restaurant is however welcoming our external guests.
